Our painters and decorators in Chislehurst recently transformed this one-bedroom flat on Roehampton Drive.
The project involved a total refresh of the property ahead of a new tenant moving into the flat. The work included:
- Painting all the walls, ceilings, and skirting boards in all of the rooms
- Replacing the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen
The owner was keen to make the flat look as bright as possible. The owner selected white metro tiles for the kitchen splashback and bathroom walls to achieve this look, complemented by Pure Brilliant White paint by Dulux for all the rooms.
Completing the work began with covering all the floors and furniture. After that, our skilled tilers removed the old tiles and prepared the surfaces by cleaning and smoothing the underlying surfaces, ensuring a solid foundation for the new tiles. Following that, they carefully laid the new tiles to meet the highest standards.
With the tiling works complete, our painters arrived on site to get to work. They began with the preparation work of filling and sanding the surfaces before applying two coats of emulsion to the walls, ceilings, and skirting boards.
To complete the work, we added the finishing touches before giving the flat a final clean. Overall the client was not just satisfied, but thrilled with the results of the project.
